Step 1
Step 1: Once enrolling with DriveSmart Warranty, you will receive our Welcome Packet in the mail. The Welcome Packet consists of all our contact information as well as your policy information, and most importantly your DriveSmart ID card.
Step 2
Step 2: After your 30 day and 1K mile waiting period – you may file a claim when a breakdown occurs. Bring your ID Card & vehicle to any licensed repair facility, pay your deductible and we will take care of the rest.
Step 3
Step 3: DriveSmart's claim department will contact your mechanic to complete the repair process. We will ensure that your vehicle will be back on the road as soon as possible.
Step 4
Step 4: When the mechanics are done repairing your vehicle, simply go retrieve it and enjoy the ride!
